Before transitioning fully into the property sector, I spent over ten years in the fire service. I was an instructor for 7 years at Holland College, where I focused on training new firefighters to earn their professional certifications.
While my days of responding to emergencies are behind me, it taught me the importance of safety, showing up when you say you will, and staying level-headed when a project gets complex. I bring decades of hands-on expertise to every job site as a General Contractor and have extensive experience working on large commercial builds, providing a deep understanding of structural integrity and high-standard maintenance.
At the end of the day, I’m a family man. My wife, Morgan, and our three boys—Alex, Parker, and Benjamin—are at the heart of everything I do. I started this business in 2013 to build something of my own that my family could be proud of. Since the beginning, our goal has remained the same: treating every client’s property with the same level of care and respect we put into our own home. Jamieson Property Services is family owned & locally operated.

JOSH JAMIESON | CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
Josh brings a wealth of expertise and a "do it right the first time" mentality to our team as Construction Foreman. Like many Islanders, Josh ventured west to hone his craft, settling in Vancouver, BC. It was there, in 2012, that he successfully earned his Red Seal in Carpentry. During his time on the West Coast, Josh gained a diverse range of experience that few can match. His portfolio spans from framing multi-million dollar luxury estates to the fast-paced, high-precision world of movie set carpentry.
Today, Josh applies that diverse experience to every project we touch. He has a genuine passion for the building process and an uncompromising focus on quality, ensuring that every structure meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
